The day commenced with a warm welcome for underprivileged children from ‘Durgapur Durbar Samiti,’ featuring the distribution of blankets, drawing kits, stationery, and school bags to 107 attendees. Principal, Sri. Umesh Ch. Jaiswal unfurled the Tricolour, marking the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution, symbolizing the nation’s resilience. The event showcased a welcome song, instilling nationalism among all. . The Principal’s speech evoked a sense of responsibility and dutifulness among the young minds.
Bulbuls’ song and dance performances exemplified love for the Motherland, encouraging unity. A skit on Pandita Ramabai highlighted her 19th-century contributions to female education. The captivating dance finale radiated love and enthusiasm. The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Head Girl Mihika Bajoria, epitomizing a celebration that honored India’s democratic principles and values in its 75th year.
