12th Annual Sports Day

Delhi Public School, Durgapur Celebrated Sporting Glory at the 12th Annual Sports Day!

With unmatched grandeur and a spirit of excellence, our students lit up Shahid Bhagat Singh Krirangan with their skills, teamwork, and determination. The event was graced by renowned cricketer Mr. Arun Lal, whose words reminded us that “Sports teach us resilience, leadership, and the courage to dream big.”

A soul-stirring opening song blending Eastern melodies with Western rhythms started the day with encouraging the athletes never to give up.The Spectacular Manipuri Martial Art – “Thang Ta: Sword of Symphony”, The peppy Charlie Chaplin Dance, energetic Fitness Fiesta, and graceful Yoga & Karate displays added to the colourful show events. Over 1,900 students participated with enthusiasm and sportsmanship.Parents cheered passionately, appreciating the school’s commitment to holistic education.
