Mother’s Day 2023
The mother’s heart is the child’s schoolroom.
A mother plays the role of a child’s first teacher, teaches us to walk, holds us when we stumble and understands our every need and mood. Keeping this bonding and emotion in mind, the Primary section of Delhi Public School, Durgapur had a special celebration on mother’s day. The tiny tots made an earnest effort to portray the importance of mother in a child’s life through effective presentations- choir, recitation, ramp show, mesmerising dances and various activities. It was a pleasure watching the dynamic and energetic children presenting something special something unique. The outcome of their efforts filled the air with intimacy, gratitude, appreciation and acknowledgement. The bulletin boards were beautifully decorated and conveyed an important message of being humble, respectful and obedient to the parents.
Pre-primary coordinator, Ms Tina Das inspired the children in her speech to inculcate virtuous habits and resort to ethical ways that make the parents proud and contented. All in all it was an enjoyable and memorable day for each and every child which left an everlasting impression on the innocent hearts.
