Reverence – 2024
Delhi Public School Durgapur held its 9th Annual Day ‘Reverence’ on 1st October ’24, at Srijani Auditorium. ‘Reverence – 2024’ was an attempt to showcase the institution’s enduring commitment to excellence, cultural enrichment, and the preservation of its rich legacy. The Chief Guest, Honourable Dr Sankar Kumar Nath, the recipient of Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize, and the School Managing Committee Members expressed their pride in the students’ participation and accomplishments. The Annual prize distribution ceremony was an acknowledgment and felicitation of the young achievers who have made the school proud with their stellar academic performances in 2023-24 and the ongoing session. The Annual School Magazine ‘Shades’ was also released in the presence of the Editorial Team. The highlight of the evening was the annual play, ‘Alice in Wonderland’, a famous fantasy novel by Lewis Carol, that was staged in the form of a musical extravaganza. The program ended with the Deputy Head Girl, Rashi Chatterjee, of the school, proposing a vote of thanks.
